Shipment delay

Dear backers, unfortunately we have to inform you that the shipments will be delayed, because the manufacturer is taking longer than expected to produce some components (punched pieces and cards ) we asked them to reprint because many of which were misaligned in the first printing of the game, which was delivered in Lucca and Essen (as written in the previous update).
We were informed only yesterday that we will not receive the copies before December 19th and further delays could happen due to the carriers being extremely busy in the days preceding the Christmas holidays.
We apologise for the delay and we assure you that we'll try our best to deliver the new copies to our backers as soon as we will receive them. We still hope that it will be possible to deliver the game by the end of the year at least on Italy and Europe. Unfortunately outside of Europe it's impossible by now to receive it by the end of the year, but we'll try our best to deliver them as soon as possible in this case as well.
We'll keep you updated as soon as we we receive some news. We thank you for your patience and we apologise once again.

Cari sostenitori, purtroppo dobbiamo annunciarvi che vi sarà un ritardo nelle spedizioni, dovuto al fatto che il produttore sta impiegando più tempo del previsto a ristampare le componenti (fustelle e carte) che erano uscite in molti casi disallineate nella prima ondata di giochi, consegnata a Lucca ed Essen, come indicato nel precedente aggiornamento.
Solo ieri infatti siamo stati avvisati che non riceveremo le copie prima del 19 Dicembre, e potrebbero esserci ulteriori ritardi dati dal fatto che i corrieri in quei giorni sono molto intasati a causa dell’aumento del traffico nei giorni precedenti alle festività.
Da parte nostra possiamo solamente scusarci per il ritardo e non appena riceveremo le copie faremo tutto ciò che possiamo per spedirle subito ai backers, sperando che perlomeno in Italia e in Europa sia possibile ricevere il gioco entro la fine dell’anno.
Vi terremo comunque aggiornati e pubblicheremo altri update non appena avremo delle novità. Vi ringraziamo per la pazienza e ci scusiamo nuovamente.

Updates after Essen and Lucca pickups

With this update we want to assure all the backers about the work that our staff is making in these days to send as soon as possible and in the best possible quality all the copies to the crowdfunding supporters.
We apologize for the delay but we were out of office for Lucca Comics & games fair until yesterday.
All copies has been printed but for logistic reasons the boxing process has been divided into three phases: Essen Spiel | Lucca Comics | Shipments. At this moment we are in the third phase, so we've got a little time to avoid that some problems (found in some copies already delivered) could be present in the copies that are going to be shipped.
Overall we are satisfied about the quality of the game so far and most of copies have no significant problems. However, there are isolated cases with some imperfect components, that we are promptly going to solve in a precise way. We are collecting all the reports concerning the faulty or missing components at [email protected].
As a gesture of maximum transparency, we list here the main problems that have been reported so far by specifying how they will be solved.
Copies or add-ons not delivered to Essen Spiel:
Unfortunately, the carrier, despite some parcels arrived at their headquarters on October 23, two days before the fair start, didn't deliver them at the fair. For this reason it wasn't possible to deliver t-shirts, artbooks, some sleeves and some deluxe boxes. All these copies or components will be shipped at our expense.
Missing components:
Some copies have lack of components, such as a "Magistra Cura" token or a "Town Catches Fire 1" card. We are in charge to send you any missing parts in the boxes at our expense.
Faulty or damaged components:
The components of some copies have some faults. In the copies delivered to Essen some decks of cards have suffered an out-of-register cut, with the black edge totally missing on one side and with a huge abundance on the other's. In the delivered copies to Lucca some punches (influence tokens and coins) suffered of a huge out-of-register cut as well. We are reprinting some of these components and we will send them to those who received the defective ones.
Bank and Dock chests:
We have received a die-cut which is not self-assembling, for reasons not dependent on our will: it isn't wrong itself (as we thought in a first moment) but requires the use of a double-sided adhesive tape in the corners to be mounted. We will make a specific update on this issue, explaining exactly how you can mount the chest with the double-sided adhesive tape.
Those who haven't received their copy yet are going to have a self-assembling Bank and Dock chests inside the box. Those who have already received their copy of 1347 can instead demand the substitution of the Chests with the new self-assembling version that we are planning.
We would like to underline that, standing to our reports, only a few copies delivered show the problems listed above, compared to the hundreds of copies delivered so far. In any case we are committing ourselves to solve all issues and to avoid the same problems in the copies that are going to be shipped. Our team is therefore making a quality check on each game: this is going to delay the final shipping process of a few weeks, but will allow you to receive your copy in a correct way. We have means to intervene promptly whenever there are difficulties.

Con questo update vogliamo rassicurare tutti i backers sul lavoro che il nostro staff sta compiendo in questi giorni per spedire il prima possibile e nella migliore qualità possibile tutte le copie ai sostenitori del crowdfunding. Ci scusiamo per il ritardo ma eravamo fuori ufficio per il Lucca Comics fino a ieri.
Tutte le copie sono state stampate ma per ragioni organizzative l’inscatolamento è stato diviso in tre fasi: Essen Spiel | Lucca Comics | Spedizioni. In questo momento siamo nella terza fase, per cui ancora in tempo per evitare che alcuni problemi siano presenti nelle copie che verranno spedite.
La qualità del gioco è stata finora soddisfacente e la maggior parte delle copie del gioco non presenta alcun problema.
La maggior parte dei componenti non presenta alcun significativo problema in nessuna copia. Tuttavia, alcune copie presentano delle imperfezioni in alcune componenti, si tratta di casi isolati sui quali stiamo intervenendo con precisione. Stiamo raccogliendo tutte le segnalazioni riguardanti la componentistica difettata o mancante all’indirizzo [email protected]. Come gesto di massima trasparenza, elenchiamo qui i principali problemi che ci sono stati finora segnalati specificando come verranno risolti.
Copie o add-ons non consegnate ad Essen Spiel:
Purtroppo il corriere, nonostante fossero arrivati alla loro sede il 23 Ottobre, due giorni prima dell’inizio della fiera, non ha consegnato alcuni pacchi in fiera. Per questo non è stato possibile consegnare t-shirt, artbook, alcune sleeves e alcune confezioni deluxe. Tutte queste copie o componenti verranno spedite a nostre spese.
Componenti mancanti:
Ci sono state segnalate alcune copie in cui mancano dei componenti, ad esempio un token “Magistra Cura” o una carta “Borgo in Fiamme 1”. Ci impegniamo a spedirvi a nostre spese eventuali componenti mancanti nella confezione.
Componenti difettate o danneggiate:
I componenti di alcune copie presentano dei difetti, nelle copie consegnate ad Essen alcuni mazzi di carte hanno subito un taglio decentrato, risultando col il bordo nero assente da un lato e molto pronunciato su quello opposto. Nelle copie consegnate a Lucca qualche fustella (segnalini influenza e monete) ha subito un forte sfasamento. Stiamo ristampando alcune copie di queste componenti in modo da poterle inviare a coloro che dovessero averle ricevute difettate.
Bankchest e Dockchest:
Per motivi non dipendenti da noi abbiamo ricevuto fustella che non è automontate: non è sbagliata ma presuppone l’uso di un nastro biadesivo per poter essere montata. Faremo un update specifico su questa questione, spiegando esattamente come si possono montare i chest con il biadesivo.
Chiunque non abbia ancora ricevuto la sua copia avrà al suo interno i nuovi Bankchest e Dockchest corretti. Chi ha già ricevuto la sua copia di 1347 potrà invece chiedere la sostituzione dei Chest con la nuova fustella che stiamo riprogettando.
Ci teniamo a sottolineare che solo alcune delle copie consegnate presentano i problemi sopraelencati, poiché le segnalazioni che abbiamo ricevuto sono poche rispetto alle centinaia di copie consegnate. In ogni caso ci stiamo impegnando a risolvere tutto e ad evitare che gli stessi problemi capitino nelle copie che spediremo. Il nostro team sta perciò effettuando un controllo qualità su tutte le copie del gioco: questo rallenterà di qualche settimana il processo d’inscatolamento definitivo delle copie, ma vi consentirà di ricevere una copia con i componenti corretti. Abbiamo ancora la possibilità di intervenire prontamente per risolvere le difficoltà.
Ringraziamo tutti per il supporto e siamo entusiasti del fatto che le meccaniche del gioco siano state fortemente apprezzate da chi ha provato il gioco in fiera. Ci scusiamo per questi piccoli inconvenienti.

ISTRUZIONI RITIRO 1347 @ Lucca Comics & Games
Per ritirare la tua copia del giuoco "1347 – De nigrae pestis ludo" ordinato attraverso il crowdfunding di Feudalesimo e Libertà su Kickstarter o Giochistarter attieniti ai seguenti passaggi:
1. Stampa la ricevuta del tuo ordine su Backerkit (la piattaforma di pledge manager su cui hai perfezionato il tuo ordine, aggiungendo addons ecc). Puoi trovare la ricevuta accedendo alla pagina https://1347.backerkit.com/backer/confirm ed effettuando login con la mail utilizzata per sostenere la campagna crowdfunding;
2. Recati presso lo stand di FEL alla fiera di Lucca Comics & Games vicino al Baluardo San Colombano. Il gioco sarà presente anche in altre zone della fiera ma il pick-up delle copie di Lucca è possibile effettuarlo solo ed esclusivamente presso lo stand indicato su questa mappa.
3. Presenta la ricevuta al Sodale addetto al ritiro. Ti verrà richiesto di firmare una ricevuta su cui sono elencati tutti gli oggetti ordinati: la versione del gioco ed eventuali addons.
4. Riceverai subito la tua copia del gioco.
5. Sollazzati con la peste nera!
