Dear Doctors,

with great pleasure we announce that we are close to the end of all deliveries of 1347 – De Nigrae Pestis Ludo - in all the world. Only some backers in the countries which are farther from us are waiting for the delivery, but they will receive the game soon (all the parcels have already been shipped).
We are really delighted that our game has finally arrived in your houses and you can finally fully enjoy it.

If you want, you can meet us at Essen Spiel 2019 (Hall 6, Booth 6M111 24-27 October) or Lucca Comics & Games 2019 (Baluardo San Colombano 30 October - 3 November). We would like to know your opinion about the game! Moreover, it will be possible to ask for some replacement components and to buy some add-ons and t-shirts. If you need some information, you can write us a message.

The whole Feudalesim and Freedom staff and the designer Marco Mingozzi wish to thank you all for having supported our first board game project.

We didn't expect such a success and - despite the inexperience and some technical and logistical difficulties - we have rolled up our sleeves for over a year with really, really much dedication and commitment. The feedback received are very positive and, for those (few) who had some problems with components or logistic difficulties, we have paid and we are paying particular attention to solve quickly and in the best way.

However, kickstarter was actually born to launch projects like this, to support small businesses and individual ideas, as opposed to what often happens today. We are not a big international publisher, we don't have worldwide distribution networks, we are just a group of guys with ideas and a feel like doing something good.

We are very excited by this experience and we look forward to receiving further feedback from you. Americas shipments update : The plague is coming!

Dear Doctors, the games for the Americas have been received by the fullfillment center (Fullfillrite, in New Jersey, US), as you can see in this picture they've sent us. 

We can estimate that the game will be delivered in the US within August, in Canada and in the other countries in the first week of September. Anyway, we will update again when the games will be shipped!

Asia and America Fullfillment update

Dear Doctors,

finally, after some months of bureaucracy, the games have been loaded on the sea freight and they are travelling to Asia and America. Soon we will have to give all the addresses to the fullfillment centers, so, if you need to change the address, please write us a message assoon as possible. 

We can now update you about the delivery dates:

Americas: the sea freight will arrive in New York in 14 days and from thence they will have to pass the customs controls and they will be shipped to the Fullfillment center (Fullfillrite in Lakewood, New Jersey). Then, Fullfillrite will ship the games to the backers in about one week. Once shipped, the delivery times will depend on the country (faster for the USA, a bit slower for the other countries)

Anyway, this ETA can't be extremely accurate, because we don't know how much time will the customs need. We will update you about this later

Asia: the sea freight will arrive in Xiamen, China in 44 days and from thence they will have to pass the customs controls and they will be shipped to the Fullfillment center (VFI in Xiamen, China). Then, VFI will ship the games to the backers in about one week. Once shipped, the delivery times will highly depend on the country

Anyway, this ETA can't be extremely accurate, because we don't know how much time will the customs need. We will update you about this later

American and Asian-Oceanian backers: don't worry!

Dear American and Asian-Oceanian backers, we know that a lot of time has passed since the last update regarding your shipment, but we wanted to estimate a likely delivery date for your game, instead of publishing several "shipping delay updates".

Anyway, the manufacturer finished packing the last games in April and the games are now ready to be shipped. In the last weeks and now we have been filling out the papers necessary to export the games. This is taking longer than expected because it is the first time we are doing it and because we live in a different time zone: often, when we ask something, we received the answer the day after.

When we will ship the games we will update again, giving you an estimated delivery. The games will be shipped by sea freight to the USA for Americas and to China for Asia and Oceania. Then, they will be sent to the fullfillment centers: Fullfillrite for the Americas and VFI for Asia, thence the games will be shipped to backers.

Fullfillment work in progress pt 2

Dear Doctors,

just an update regarding shipment:

ITALIAN EDITION:

we have already delivered all the basic and deluxe editions, without add-ons, to Italy.

we have shipped today all the premium and artist editions, with or without add-ons, to Italy. They will be delivered on friday or monday. 

we are going to ship tomorrow all the basic editions in italian with only the sleeves or only the screens and friday we will ship the other boxes.

Here are some pictures of the boxes ready to ship:

ENGLISH, FRENCH, GERMAN, SPANISH EDITIONS FOR EUROPE:

We will receive the games from the factory next monday or tuesday and we will ship them in the following days. You will probably receive your game between the 11th and the 15th of March.

REST OF THE WORLD:

Probably you will receive the game between April and May, because they will be shipped by sea freight and then fullfilled from USA (Americas) or China (Asia-Oceania). Delivering to Oceania could be even later than May. We will update you, anyway
